Director of Marketing, HQ London

We are seeking an experience Marketing Director, to join our growing and established online & in-store brand. This position will be responsible for the growing our brand and building the Marketing ethos of Harmony.

The role will involve the following:

  • The Marketing Director will be responsible for owning and driving the digital marketing strategy, budgets, and support.
  • You will have experience working with cross-functional sectors (e.g product, marketing, PR, social) and external partners, including creative agencies and production.
  • It is important the Marketing Director comes from a Retail/Ecommerce background, FMCG would be a plus!
  • We would expect a strong understanding of Paid Advertising, SEO, Social, PPC, affiliate channels and using Analytics tools to make intelligent decisions to maximise ROI.
  • Ensure the CRM and email platforms are maintained to a high level of accuracy and in line with all legal requirements.
  • Implement digital campaigns and promotions that also link up with the retail outlets in London.
  • The aim is to grow the Marketing team beneath yourself, so experience in team management would be a great advantage.

Warehouse Operative – Enfield, London

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the team in our Warehouse based in Enfield. We have part-time and weekend positions available.

The role will involve the following:

  • The role will involve picking and packing of a variety of products
  • Working to deadlines for collections/drop offs
  • Must be able to work in a very fast paced warehouse, and expected to be able to pick up a variety of different weighted products up to a maximum of 24 kg
  • Customer Services over email, working with customers to provide solutions related to ordering/product issues
  • Must be comfortable for working both independently and in a team

Shift pattern is 2 days on 2 days off. Part time = 2pm – 8pm. Weekend = 11am – 5:30pm
