Delivery

  • What are the UK delivery charges?

    Harmony Store will ship all UK orders over £50 FREE of charge. Orders under £50 will incur a £4.99 charge.

    Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48. On dispatch of your order, you will be sent a Royal Mail tracking number. Expected delivery within 2 working days in the UK.

    Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available for £7.99. Orders placed before 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday, can choose this option at checkout. This service guarantees next working day delivery, including Saturdays, within mainland UK only, and you’ll receive a delivery notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

  • Is your packaging discreet?

    ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain, discreet packaging! Moreover, payments on your card/bank statement are displayed as HS Trading. 

  • How long will my delivery take?

    Orders placed using the Royal Mail delivery service between Monday and Friday are dispatched the same day. If you order before 4.00 pm, 95% of UK orders arrive within 2 working days.

    Orders with Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery before 4.00 pm are dispatched the same day and guaranteed next-day delivery, including Saturdays.

    Please place orders before 4.00 pm for same-day dispatch.

  • Can you deliver at the Weekend?

    Yes, orders placed before 4.00 pm with Royal Mail Guaranteed delivery are delivered the next day, including Saturday.

  • How do I track my order?

    Your tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch. Track your order at Royal Mail Track Your Item.

  • Can I collect my order from one of your stores?

    Our Click & Collect service allows you to pick up your order at our Charing Cross Road branch. Choose the Click & Collect option at checkout and provide a valid phone number for notification when your order arrives.

  • What happens if I am not in when you try to deliver?

    A card will be left with instructions to arrange redelivery.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

  • Where are my goods being dispatched from?

    All goods are dispatched from the UK, either from one of our store, or a preferred supplier.

Returns

  • How can I return faulty products?

    Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as reasonably expected. Notify us promptly. View our full Returns Policy.

  • Can I return unwanted items?

    If purchased online, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused, unopened, and with all hygiene seals intact.

  • When will I receive a refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 7 days to the original payment method.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna payments.

  • When do you take payment from me?

    Payment is usually taken at the time of order placement for faster processing.

  • How secure is my information when I place an order?

    We use a triple protection process to guard your details when ordering online.
