Delivery

  • What are the UK delivery charges?

    Harmony Store will ship all UK orders over £40 FREE of charge. Orders under £40 will incur a £3.99 charge.

    Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48. On dispatch of your order, you will be sent a Royal Mail tracking number. Expected delivery within 2 working days in the UK.

    DPD guaranteed Next Day delivery is available for £5.99. Orders placed before 4.00 pm, seven days a week, can choose DPD guaranteed next day Delivery. You are guaranteed next working day delivery, in mainland UK only, within a one hour time slot that will be sent to you by either email or SMS.

  • Is your packaging discreet?

    ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain discreet packaging! Moreover, payments on your card/bank statement are displayed as HS Trading. 

  • How long will my delivery take?

    All orders placed using the Royal Mail delivery service and received between Monday and Friday are dispatched the same day, therefore if you place your order before 4.00 pm, 95% of UK orders will arrive within 2 working days (Royal Mail 48 Service).

    All orders placed using the DPD delivery service and received seven days a week before 4.00 pm are despatched the same day and are guaranteed to be delivered the next day including Saturday and Sunday.

    Please place your orders by 4.00 pm to ensure they are dispatched the same day.

    Orders to European destinations typically take 2 to 7 working days.

  • Can you deliver at the Weekend?

    Yes, orders placed before 4.00pm using DPD Guaranteed delivery will be delivered the next day including Saturday and Sunday

  • How do I track my order?

    Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order. You can track your order online at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item To use 'Track your item', just type in your 13 character reference number and press the 'Track item' button. Please don't add spaces or hyphens, and always check the reference number is correct.

    Customers who place an order using the DPD delivery service will be either emailed or sent an SMS with their tracking number and a one hour delivery time slot.

  • Can I collect my order from one of your stores?

    Our Click & Collect service allows you to order products online and pick your delivery up at either our Charing Cross Road branch or Enfield Warehouse. The great thing about this service is that it eliminates the worry of missing your parcel.

    Simply choose the Click & Collect delivery option when checking out and it will arrive within Standard Delivery time (2 working days).

    A member of staff will notify you when your order has arrived, so please provide a valid and working telephone number.

  • What happens if I am not in when you try and deliver?

    Typically you will be left a card with instructions on arranging a redelivery of your order.

  • Where do you ship to?

  • Where are my goods being dispatched from?

    All goods are dispatched from the UK, either from one of our Stores, our main warehouse or a preferred supplier.

Returns

  • How can I return faulty products?

    Harmonystore.co.uk offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products.
    Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Please click here to view our full Returns Policy.

  • Can I return unwanted items?

    Harmonystore.co.uk will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days – no questions asked!

    If you wish to return an item please click here to print a returns label. Please package your return securely and drop it at your local Post Office. No Printer? No problem. Simply fill in the form and use the label emailed to you for instructions on how to find the nearest Royal Mail Customer Service Point that can print the label for you.

    Unfortunately a free returns service is not available for orders from outside of the UK, in these cases please return to:

  • When will I receive a refund?

    At Harmonystore.co.uk we aim to refund you within 7 days of receipt of your returned items.

Payments & Security

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna payments. 

  • When do you take payment from me?

    As almost all orders are dispatched the same day, payment will usually also be taken at the same time the order is being placed to allow for quicker processing.

  • How secure is my information when I place an order?

    We value your security as top priority at Harmony Store, and you can enjoy peace of mind from our triple protection process to guard your details when you order on line with us.

  • What if I want to pay over the telephone?

    From time to time we will run promotions which offer discount codes and incentives. These promotions are not to be used in conjunction with each other and you can find our discount code entry feature on the shopping cart when placing your order. Please note, discount codes cannot be used on items already on sale.
