Welcome to the frequently asked questions page. Here we have answered some of the most common questions we get asked.
Harmony Store will ship all UK orders over £20 free of charge. Orders under £20 will incur a £2.95 charge.
Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48. On dispatch of your order you will be sent a Royal Mail tracking number. Expected delivery within 2 working days in the UK.
Special Delivery is available for £5.95. Orders placed before 3.30pm can choose Royal Mail Special Delivery. You are guaranteed next working day delivery, by 1pm, in mainland UK only. This applies Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays, and Sundays.
Orders over £50 qualify for a free Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain discreet packaging! Payments on your card/bank statement are displayed as HS Trading giving no indication of the nature of your purchase.
Where do you ship to?
We ship deliveries throughout the world.
All orders received between Monday and Friday are dispatched the same day, therefore if you place your order before 3.30pm, 95% of UK orders will arrive within 2 working days (Royal Mail 48 Service).
Please place your orders by 3.30pm to ensure they are dispatched the same day.
Orders to European destinations typically take 3 to 5 working days and the Rest of the World 5 to 7 working days.
Can you deliver on a Saturday?
Yes, orders placed before 3.30pm on Friday using Royal Mail Special delivery will be delivered on Saturday
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order. You can track your order online at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item To use 'Track your item', just type in your 13 character reference number and press the 'Track item' button. Please don't add spaces or hyphens, and always check the reference number is correct. So you know when to expect your delivery, you will also receive email notifications from Royal Mail as your order proceeds through the delivery network. You will receive an email to let you know your parcel is out for delivery on the morning that it will arrive. These emails are automatically generated and are not seen by anyone other than the recipient.
Can I collect my order from one of your stores?
Our Click & Collect service allows you to order products online and pick your delivery up at either our Oxford Street or Charing Cross Road branch. The great thing about this service is that it eliminates the worry of missing your parcel. Simply choose the Click & Collect delivery option when checking out and it will arrive within Standard Delivery time (2 working days). A member of staff will notify you when your order has arrived, so please provide a valid and working telephone number.
What happens if I am not in when you try and deliver?
Typically you will be left a card with instructions on arranging a redelivery of your order.
Where are my goods being dispatched from?
All goods are dispatched from the UK, either from one of our Stores, our main warehouse or a preferred supplier.
How can I return faulty products?
Harmonystore.co.uk offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products.
Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Please click here to view our full Returns Policy, or alternatively, you can print a returns label by clicking here.
Harmonystore.co.uk will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days – no questions asked!
Please print a returns label by clicking here Simply package your return securely and drop it at your local Post Office. Don't worry if you don't have access to a printer just download a QR code to your mobile and print off your parcel label at your local Customer Service Point
Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken.
When will I receive a refund?
At Harmonystore.co.uk we aim to refund you within 7 days of receipt of your returned items.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal.
When do you take payment from me?
As almost all orders are dispatched the same day, payment will usually also be taken at the same time the order is being placed to allow for quicker processing.
How secure is my information when I place an order?
We value your security as top priority at Harmony Store, and you can enjoy peace of mind from our triple protection process to guard your details when you order on line with us.
