This policy applies to online purchases only. For in-store returns, please contact the branch where the item was purchased.
How to Return an Item
We offer free UK returns within 30 days of delivery. To generate your returns label, please visit: Royal Mail Track My Return.
Securely package your item and take it to your local Post Office. If you do not have a printer, Royal Mail Customer Service Points can print your label using the code emailed to you.
International Returns
Free returns are not available outside the UK. Please return goods to:

Unwanted Goods
Unwanted items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with hygiene seals intact. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted goods if:
- Packaging for sex toys, bondage items, or games has been opened or removed.
- Hygiene seals are broken or missing.
- Lingerie or clothing has been worn, washed, or had labels removed.
- Wigs have been opened or worn.
Order Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. As we dispatch orders the same day, please cancel by 4 pm on the day of ordering, where possible.
Only unopened, unworn items with intact hygiene seals qualify for cancellation returns.
If the deadline falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it moves to the next working day.
Effect on Free Shipping Threshold
If your return reduces your order value below the £50 free shipping threshold, the standard £4.99 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. We typically process refunds within 7 days. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
If the refund deadline falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it moves to the next working day.
