Harmony hopes that you are happy with your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.
Goods must be unopened and with all original hygiene seals intact.

*Please be aware that this policy is for online transactions only. For in-store returns please contact the branch you have purchased your goods from.
How to return an item?
We offer our customers a free returns policy within 30 days from the date of purchase, simply click here to print a returns label.
*RETURNS EXTENDED UNTIL 31st JAN FOR ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 11th NOV AND 23RD DECEMBER.
Please package your return securely and drop it off at your local Post Office. No Printer? No problem. Simply fill in the form and use the label emailed to you for instructions on how to find the nearest Royal Mail Customer Service Point that can print the label for you.
Unfortunately, a free returns service is not available for orders from outside of the UK, in these cases, please return to:

Please note, due to our strict hygiene and health regulations, we cannot offer refunds on unwanted goods if:
- Packaging of any sex toys, bondage and games has been opened and/or is missing (unless item is faulty or incorrect)
- Any original hygiene seals have been removed or broken
- Lingerie and sexy clothing have been washed and/or any security tags have been removed. Please note, lingerie and sexy clothing must be returned back in resaleable condition
- Wigs have been removed from packaging and worn
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
We offer our customers a 12-month replacement or refund policy on faulty or incorrect goods.
Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org about faulty or incorrect goods as soon as possible, so that we can rectify the problem quickly for you.
Please be aware, our policy does not account for faults caused by neglect, misuse or accidents.
As per The Consumer Contracts (Distance Sales) Regulations 2003, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from moment the goods are delivered to you, a selected neighbour or the selected safe place.
Because we work on a same day despatch system, please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering, by 6 pm, to avoid the inconvenience of returning the goods back to us.
Please remember only unopened, unworn and goods with all the original hygiene seals intact are suitable for refunds. You will lose your right to cancel if these conditions are not met.
*If your cancellation deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, please do not worry, as we will extend this to the next working day for you.
If you return an item and this takes your final order value under the ‘£30 Free Shipping’ threshold, we will then be required to charge you the mandatory shipping fee of £3.99. This will be taken out of your refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Distance Sales) Regulations 2003, Harmony is required to issue you a refund with 14 days of receiving the returned/cancelled goods. That said, we aim to refund our customers within 7 days!
Please note, refunds may take up to 5 working days before appearing in your account.
*If your refund deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, we are permitted to extend this to the next working day.
