Delivery Information
ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Payments on your card or bank statement will appear as HS Trading, without indicating the nature of your purchase.
Same Day Despatch – We aim to ship all Royal Mail orders the same day if received Monday to Friday before 3:00 pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order is placed before 3:00 pm using the DPD shipping service, it will also be sent out the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Weekend Delivery: Please note that if you place an order after 3:00 pm on Friday or during the weekend, it will be processed on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area, delivery may take longer than specified. Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive the next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination. In case of adverse weather, please check the Royal Mail website for possible delays.
Not at home during the day? No problem. Your billing address should match the address registered to your card, but you can choose an alternative delivery address. Simply enter the desired delivery address during checkout.
Tracking Your Order: Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
