These are pretty good. They're heavy. Although I have the older set where there's string in the middle, rather than a silicone cord, like these ones look to be. Definitely need lube and I suggest warming the metal balls up in your hands first before inserting them. Unless you like a shock! -
For a serious workout

These really are good balls if you've had experience with exercising your kegel muscles before. If not, they may just fall right out! I'd recommend these if you're serious about getting a strong pelvic floor and are willing to put in time, because they're not the sort of thing you can do without thinking about at first. I've been using the Lelo Luna beads and those really prepared me well for the weight in these ones!
