It definitely does do something because you can feel it tighten or something like it. I don't think it makes a difference for him, though. My partner says he can't feel a difference. I went to the shop to ask about better options and they just recommended exercise balls so I've bought some cheap ones and am trying them out in the meantime. In the end, I wouldn't recommend this. -

I find this definitely does what it says in the description, but it doesn't last for too long. This is NOT a permanent solution! It just makes the skin feel a bit drawn for maybe 15-30 minutes before going back to normal. I've been recommended to try using exercise balls to actually tighten pelvic floor muscles rather than using a cream. I'll be giving that a go.
