2. Age of Consent

2.1 By purchasing products from harmonystore.co.uk you declare that you are 18 years of age or above, or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, harmonystore.co.uk will not accept your order and have no obligation to do so.

3. Contract Formation

3.1 Our contract. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the order by you and supply of goods by us to you (Contract). No other terms are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.

3.2 Entire agreement. The Contract is the entire agreement between us in relation to its subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation or assurance or warranty that is not set out in the Contract.

4. Placing an Order

4.1 Placing your order. Each order is an offer by you to buy the goods specified in the order (Goods) subject to these Terms.

4.2 Acknowledging receipt of your order. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it, but please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Orders placed through harmonystore.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability.

4.3 Accepting your order. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the Goods have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between you and us will only be formed when the Goods are dispatched.

4.4 If we cannot accept your Order. If we are unable to supply you with the Goods for any reason, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible. We may choose at any time to cancel your order.

4.5 Your legal right to change your mind. For most of our products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. This is subject to some conditions set out below. If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver it.

4.6 How to let us know. To let us know you want to change your mind, contact our Customer Service Team using the contact details set out at clause 1.5 of these Terms and refer to our Returns and Refunds information here.

4.7 When you can't change your mind. You can't change your mind about an order:
• for Goods sealed for hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;
• for Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised; and
• for Goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.

4.9 Payment for the Goods and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. We will not charge your debit card or credit card until we dispatch your Goods. Your credit card is charged in the name of HS Trading.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Goods. 6. Our warranty for the Goods

6.1 The Goods are intended for use only in the UK. We do not warrant that the Goods comply with the laws, regulations or standards outside the UK.

8. Delivery

8.1 All orders are signed for so that we have confirmation that you have received your Goods.

8.2 If our supply of your Goods is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible (so far as we are aware of such delay) to let you know and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team using the contact details set out at clause 1.5 of these Terms to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for, but not received, less any delivery costs reasonable costs we have already incurred.
