We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to1pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Interlink Express 24 Guaranteed Next Day Service - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Friday.
Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.
In case of adverse weather please check the Interlink and Royal Mail websites for possible delays.
European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 working days.

No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.
